Size: 148 acres.
Established: Authorized on August 31, 1964; established on May 30, 1977.
Location:Just off NH 12A in Cornish, New Hampshire, and 1.5 miles north of the Covered Bridge at Windsor, Vermont.
Facilities:Picnic area, rest rooms (é), museum/exhibit, self-guided tour/trail. Entrance fee required.
Activities:Hiking, cross-country skiing, self-guided audio tours, guided tours.
Special Features:The park includes the home, studios, and gardens of Augustus Saint-Gaudens, America's foremost sculptor of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This was Saint-Gaudens' summer residence from 1885-1897 and his permanent home from 1900 until his death in 1907. Original sculpture is on exhibit.
