Shakhtnyi

an urban-type settlement in Perm’ Oblast, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Gubakha city soviet. Shakhtnyi is situated on the Solikamsk-Perm’ highway and is 4 km from the Polovinka railroad station on the Solikamsk-Chusovskaia line. Hard coal is mined near Shakhtnyi, which has a shop of a plant for the repair of mining equipment; the main plant is located in the city of Kizel.
