urocrisis

(1) An obsolete term that formerly dignified the “crisis” stage of certain kidney diseases (e.g., acute renal failure), which was marked by diuresis. 
(2) A near-extinct term for the painful spasms of the urinary tract once commonly seen in the later stage of syphilis.
