VaccariaVaccariaa genus of annual herbs of the family Caryophyllaceae. The stems are erect and branched; the leaves are bluegreen, entire, and opposite. The flowers are in a loose corymbose inflorescence, and the calyx has five winged ribs. The pink petals have a dentate claw. The fruit is a many-seeded capsule.
