Volodarsk-Volynskii

an urban-type settlement; center of Volodarsk-Volynskii Raion, Zhitomir Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Situated on the Irsha River (part of the Dnieper basin), 22 km from the Turchinka railroad station on the Korosten’-Zhitomir line. Population, 8,700 (1969). Rock crystal is mined in Volodarsk-Volynskii.
