Saatly

a city (until 1971, a settlement) and administrative center of Saatly Raion, Azerbaijan SSR. Located on the right bank of the Araks River. Railroad station on the Baku-Yerevan line, 189 km southwest of Baku. Saatly Raion has cotton and grain cultivation and animal husbandry.
