Acebutalol et Prevention Secondaire de l'Infarctus. A trial which evaluated the effect of acebutolol, a beta-blocker, on late death in high-risk patients after acute myocardial infarction.
Conclusion At the 2nd interim analysis, the placebo group 1-year mortality was 12% vs 20% for acebutolol; the study was discontinued.
