The direction of runway centerline, published and marked as two digits just after the threshold marking on both ends of the runway (e.g., 09/27, meaning the runway orientation is between 085° and 094° on one side and 265° and 274° on the other). In addition, runway designators also indicate the left, right, or central runway if there are two or more parallel runways. See runway alignment.
