Pristanskii

an urban-type settlement in the Kara-Kalpak ASSR, under the jurisdiction of the Nukus city soviet. Located on the right bank of the Amu Darya, near the Nukus railroad station. Population, 7,000 (1974). Reinforced-concrete and woodworking items are manufactured in Pristanskii, and a winery and vodka distillery are located there. Also located in the settlement is the Uzbek branch of the Soiuzlakritsa All-Union Association.
