(rū'bē-an'ik as'id), Dithiooxamide, which forms complete dark greenish-black complexes with copper in alkaline ethanolic solution; used histochemically for demonstrating pathologic copper deposits, as in Wilson disease; also reacts with cobalt and nickel.
