uveomeningitis syndrome Ha·ra·da syn·drome (hah-rah'dă), bilateral retinal edema, uveitis, choroiditis, and retinal detachment, with temporary or permanent deafness, graying of the hair (poliosis), and alopecia; related to the Vogt-Koyanagi syndrome and sympathetic ophthalmia.
