Real Buying Real BuyingThe level at which institutional investors are buying a security. Because institutional investors buy at much larger volumes than other investors, and because they are sometimes thought to be more sophisticated, real buying may indicate the future direction of a security's price. It may also (but does not necessarily) indicate technical or fundamental strength. |
