Smolevichi

a city (since 1968) and administrative center of Smolevichi Raion, Minsk Oblast, Byelorussian SSR. Located 35 km northeast of Minsk and 2 km from the main Minsk-Moscow highway. Railroad, station on the Minsk-Orsha line. Smolevichi has a peat-processing enterprise.
