(prahg mă-nū'vĕr) A technique for delivery of the fetus in breech position when the fetal occiput is posterior; the operator delivers the shoulders with one hand, while making pressure above the symphysis pubis with the other hand.

Prague maneuver

(prahg) Method for the delivery of the aftercoming head in a breech delivery when the occiput is posterior. It is rarely used in the era of cesarean deliveries.
