Partnership for Older People Project

Partnership for Older People Project

A UK Department of Health initiative launched in 2005 to develop and evaluate services and approaches for older people, aimed at promoting health, well-being and independence and preventing or delaying the need for higher-intensity or institutional care. POPP partnered with local health care providers and voluntary and community organisations, from 2006 until 2009, when it disbanded. A summary was submitted by the National Evaluation Team in 2009.
