Ritsurin Park, on the site of a 14th-century castle, has noted landscape gardens.Takamatsua city in Japan, on the northern coast of the island of Shikoku. Capital of Kagawa Prefecture. Population, 281,300 (1973). Takamatsu is a port and is linked by ferry with the city of Tamano on the island of Honshu.
