Parkinson’s tetrad

A group of four symptoms characteristic of Parkinson’s disease:
• Resting tremor (e.g., “pill-rolling” of fingers, possibly extremities, head, trunk);
• Rigidity (“cogwheeling” effect);
• Bradykinesia (gait slow to start, shuffling, festinating, reduced arm swing); and
• Postural instability.
