Roentgenometry
Roentgenometry
a branch of dosimetry concerned with the methods used to measure and calculate doses of X and gamma rays. Roentgenometers, which are usually graduated in roentgens, are used for measuring doses. Roentgenometry also studies the effects of X-radiation and gamma radiation on living organisms.
