My spouse (we are in the process of splitting up) went onto the computer and forwarded numerous Emails to his personal account. He is now using these as "leverage". My question is: Is it legal for him to do this as this is a work computer? Would this not be essentially the same as stealing company mail? Although they are not going to do him any good, it is annoying and would like to squash any more "use" of these correspondences.
