An obsolete term for:
(1) Cystic fibrosis—specifically the malabsorption and fat-soluble vitamin deficiency associated therewith; or
(2) Pancreatic hypoplasia—an obsolete term for dwarfism related to reduced pancreatic endocrine (e.g., insulin-dependent) diabetes, or exocrine (e.g., cystic fibrosis) secretions.
