Need-Based Aid

Loans, grants, and scholarships available to post-secondary students who have an expected family contribution above zero, but who may not be able to pay that amount. Examples of need-based aid include Stafford loans and PLUS loans. To become eligible for federal need-based aid, one must file a FAFSA.
