O0122200 (ôr′ĭ-zä′bə, ō′rē-sä′vä), Pico deor Ci·tlal·té·petl (sē′tläl-tā′pĕt-l) A dormant volcano, 5,636 m (18,490 ft) high, of southern Mexico west of Veracruz. It is the highest peak in Mexico and the third highest in North America.
