National Generics Programme National Generics Programme A UK Department of Health programme (formerly Supply Chain Excellence Programme) which creates and manages agreements for pharmaceuticals that are no longer patent protected (i.e., generic) and are competitively available in the marketplace. The National Generics Programme has three framework models for: (1) Solid-dose medicine; (2) Injectables; (3) Transition products (which are just off patent protection). |
