Special Features:The Magoffin Home, built in 1875 by pioneer El Pasoan Joseph Magoffin, displays a regional architectural style developed in the Southwest. The home is filled with many original family furnishings, including a Victorian-style parlor with a distinctly Mexican influence. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 13-foot-tall, half canopy bed and four matching pieces purchased at the 1884 New Orleans World's Fair.
