State: FloridaWhat recourse do I have if the arresting officer can not produce the video tape of my road side sobriety test? I was charge with dui, but blew under the legal limit. I also had a half of an annex which I am charged with a felony possession. My public defender told me that because they can not produce the tape that could be a bargaining tool to have this felony dropped..... I DO NOT DO DRUGS. My attorney (the 4th one) is not being very helpful.
