Obukhov

an urban-type settlement and center of Obukhov Raion, Kiev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. It is situated 32 km from the Vasil’kov-II railroad station. Population, 11,200 (1973). Obukhov has two brickyards, a dairy, and a mechanized bakery. Household products are also manufactured. The settlement has a stock-raising sovkhoz and a medical school.
