NRAP
NRAP A gene on chromosome 10q24-q26 that encodes a protein possibly involved in anchoring the terminal actin filaments in myofibrils to the membrane, and involved in transmitting tension from the myofibrils to the extracellular matrix. It is expressed in cardiac and skeletal muscle. NRAP is also a less preferred gene symbol for what is now designated as NOL6, see there.NRAP
