Liubotin

a city (since 1938) in Kharkov Raion, Kharkov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, 25 km west of Kharkov. Major railroad junction, with lines to Kharkov, Sumy, and Poltava. Population, 37,000 (1972). It has enterprises for the servicing of railroad equipment, a distillery, a bakery, a brickworks, and a cotton-textile factory. The Liubotin Sovkhoz grows fruit and berries.
