Location:Off I-69, east of Anderson.
Facilities:75 campsites with electric hookups, flush toilets, and showers,primitive youth tent camping area, camp store, hiking trails (6 miles),picnic areas with playgrounds and playfields, 2 shelters, recreationbuilding (rental), swimming pool, bathhouse, concession, restrooms,visitor center with exhibits and wildlife viewing.
Activities:Camping, swimming, fishing, hiking, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park features 10 unique earthworks built by a group of prehistoricIndians known as the Adena-Hopewell people. The largest earthwork, "TheGreat Mound," is believed to have been constructed around 160 B.C.Archeological surveys indicate it was used as a gathering place forreligious ceremonies.
