A form of larva migrans due to an infestation by ♀ larvae of Strongyloides stercoralis, which penetrate the skin, causing intense, transient pruritus, urticaria, and accompanied by systemic symptoms–eg, bronchitis, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, N&V, anorexia, weight loss.
