Location:On the northern tip of Lake Champlain's North Hero Island.
Facilities:117 campsites (18 with lean-tos; @di), group camp, hot showers (é), flush toilets (é), picnic areas, hiking trails, swimming beach, boat rentals, boat ramp, playground.
Activities:Camping, boating, swimming, hiking.
Special Features:Although much of the property was farmed and pastured before becoming a park, the old fields are in the process of reverting back to forest. Thick woods surrounding the campground make an ideal habitat for wildlife, and white-tailed deer are common.
