Moscow Municipal Pedagogical Institute

(full name, V. P. Potemkin Moscow Municipal Pedagogical Institute), an institute founded in 1933 to replace the Moscow Evening Pedagogical Institute, established in 1931. It was named in honor of V. P. Potemkin in 1946. In 1960 it merged with the V. I. Lenin Moscow Pedagogical Institute.
