Location:4 miles east of Mineral Wells on US 180.

Special Features:Park is located along Rock Creek, a large tributary of the Brazos River, and encompasses its namesake 646-acre lake. Lake Mineral Wells Trailway is a converted railroad track that begins northwest of Weatherford and travels 20 miles westward to the downtown district of Mineral Wells. It passes over 16 bridges, including the trailway's 500-foot signature bridge adorned with 104 Lone Stars.
