Novougolnyi

an urban-type settlement in Tula Oblast, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Donskoi city soviet. Located 3 km from the Bobrik-Donskoi railroad station. Novougol’nyi has a building-materials plant, a furniture factory, and a plant producing reinforced-concrete mine support.
