Morquio's syndrome[′mȯr·kwē‚ōz ‚sin‚drōm] (medicine) A hereditary disease transmitted as an autosomal recessive and characterized by large quantities of keratosulfate in urine, dwarfism, and a typical facies with broad mouth, prominent maxilla, short nose, and widely spaced teeth.
