Lužické Hory

the northwestern part of the Sudetes mountains in Czechoslovakia. Elevation, to 1,012 m (Mount Jested). Length, approximately 120 km. They are composed of granites and sandstones, with basalt domes in places. Low ranges and ridges with rugged slopes and flat peaks predominate. The mountains are covered with mixed and coniferous forests and mountain meadows.
