Christopher Meredith was born in a small cotton town in the Northwest of England. He had his first contact with spirits at the age of seven. He said, “I would go to bed at night and people would start to appear. They looked so real but they had this habit of just melting into thin air.” At the age of thirteen, he came into contact with a Spiritualist church. There he developed his mediumship. Meredith worked at a variety of Spiritualist churches around England and at the age of nineteen, became the youngest church president in Great Britain. He was an active member of the Spiritualists’ National Union.

Meredith emigrated to the United States and ran a Spiritualist church in San Diego for several years. He lived at the Harmony Grove Spiritualist Community in Escondido, California. He is especially known for his flower readings.
