Novaia Odessa

an urban-type settlement and center of Novaia Odessa Raion, Nikolaev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, 28 km from the Balovnoe railroad station (on the Nikolaev-Odessa line). Products include wall materials, cheese, and furniture. Novaia Odessa has a vocational school and a museum of local lore.
