(lē frah'men-ē), [MIM*151623 and 191170] familial breast cancer in young women, with soft-tissue sarcomas in children, brain tumors and other cancers in close relatives; autosomal dominant inheritance, caused by mutation in the P53 gene on chromosome 17p.
