(networking)A package by Robert Forsman to manipulate BSD Unix TCP/IP stream sockets. Thenetpipes package makes TCP/IP streams usable in shell scripts. It can also simplify client-server code byallowing the programmer to skip all the tedious programmingrelated to sockets and concentrate on writing afilter/service.
