Net Debt to Estimated Valuation

A ratio of the par value of a municipal bond to the market value of the property on which the bond is secured. A lower net debt to estimated valuation is considered preferable because it indicates that the issuer has sufficient assets to repay the bond when it matures. See also: Net Debt to Assessed Valuation
