Milton State Park
Location:Park is an island on the Susquehanna River, between the boroughs of Milton and West Milton.
Facilities:Picnic areas, hiking trail (1 mile), boat launch, playfields, playground.
Activities:Boating, fishing, hiking.
Special Features:The southern part of the island is undeveloped and covered in a forest of predominantly silver maple, river birch, and sycamore. It provides a safe resting place for migrating songbirds and waterfowl.
