释义 | One Hundred Years ruleOne Hundred Years ruleA rule—1(5)(b)—in the UK’s Human Tissue Act 2004, for a consent exemption for use or retention of material of human origin. According to the rule, permission is not required for use or retention of “relevant material” (body parts, organs and tissue, skin, bone and blood) from the body of a person who died before the day on which the section came into force (01 September, 2006) and at least one hundred years has elapsed since the date of the person’s death. |
