Konzhakovskii Kamen

one of the highest mountain massifs of the Urals, located in the northern Central Urals, Sverdlovsk Oblast, RSFSR. Elevation, 1,569 m. Konzhakovskii Kamen’ is composed of pyroxenites, dunites, and gabbros. The slopes are broken up by river valleys and covered with coniferous forests (pine, larch, spruce) with an admixture of birch. Mountain tundra and rocky placers are located above 900–1,000 m.
