Kodina
(also, Kodema, Kandina, or Keidina), a river in Arkhangel’sk Oblast, RSFSR, a right tributary of the Onega River. Length, 183 km; basin area, 2,700 sq km. The river is fed by mixed sources (primarily snow). The average flow rate at a point 86 km from the river’s mouth is approximately 20 eu m per sec. The Kodina freezes in November and thaws in May.
