Location:0.5 miles northwest of the community of Louisville, off NE 50.
Facilities:296 campsites (223 with electrical hookups; 236 sites have campingpads), modern restrooms, showers, trails, picnic areas, 5 picnicshelters, playground, swimming beach,bathhouse, camp store, river access.
Activities:Camping, boating (electric motors or non-powered only), fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing.
Special Features:Recreation area features 5 sandpit lakes and canoe access to the PlatteRiver. It is located near Platte River State Park (see separateentries) and serves as an adjunct to it, with an excellent complex forRV camping.
