Mukhtadir

an urban-type settlement in Khachmas Raion, Azerbaijan SSR. It is situated on the Caspian Sea, 11 km northeast of the Khudat railroad station on the Baku-Gudermes line. A fish-processing plant is located in the settlement, as well as a sovkhoz specializing in vegetable growing and stock raising.
