Mikulicz's disease [mik´u-lich″ez] originally, a chronic, benign, and usually painless inflammatory swelling of the lacrimal and salivary glands; some authorities have broadened the entity to include lacrimal and salivary gland enlargement associated with other diseases, such as sjögren's syndrome, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, leukemia, lymphoma, and tuberculosis, which they designate Mikulicz's syndrome.Mikulicz's disease See SJOGREN'S DISEASE.
