Medi-Cal threshold language

Any of a number of foreign languages (Armenian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Farsi, Hmong, Korean, Mandarin or other Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese) spoken by a doctor seeking medical student loan repayment by the State of California, which further requires that he or she work in a Health Professional Shortage Area, specified rural or community health centres or in a facility operated by tribal organisations for a set period of time.
