OfficeVision

OfficeVision

Integrated office automation applications from IBM that ran in all IBM computer families, especially VM. Introduced in 1989 and discontinued in 2003, it included email, scheduling, document creation and distribution as well as decision support and graphics capabilities. Originally IBM's PROFS software, which came out in 1981, OfficeVision was the first major implementation of SAA and incorporated the Presentation Manager interface across OS/2 networks, AS/400s and mainframes.
